PLUG VALVES

	Due to their special design TUFLIN® lined plug valves can handle the most corrosive applications. There are available both in two-way as well as in various multi-way (3-way up to 5-way) valve designs. • Sizes: DN 15 to DN 300 • Rating: DIN PN 10 / 16 • Materials: TUFLIN® plug valves are offered in ductile iron 0.7043 acc. to EN-JS1049 (GGG 40.3) and low carbon steel (LCB) as standard. Other materials on request. Standard plug core material: DN 32 resp. NPS 1¼: Steel 1.0570 (1.0727) From DN 40 resp. NPS 1½: Ductile iron 0.7043 acc. to EN-JS1049 (GGG 40.3) or steel (1.0570/1.0727). All plugs are either FEP or PFA lined.

BALL VALVES

	NAEGELEN® lined ball valves provide excellent performance due to their outstanding corrosion resistance in various industries especially in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry. For decades lined ball valves have been successfully used in numerous applications thoughout various industries. • Sizes: DN 15 to DN 300 • Nominal Pressure: PN 19,5 bar from DN 15 to DN 150 - PN 10 bar from DN 200 to DN 300 - PN 10 bar from DN 200 to DN 300 - ANSI Class 150 • Materials: High quality level casting, two-piece full port valve body in ductile iron 0.7043 acc. to EN-JS1049 (GGG 40.3)

BUTTERFLY VALVES

	XOMOX fully lined butterfly valves type 108 are the most economical solution for corrosive and abrasive applications. They have a proven reputation for assured performance, low maintenance and extended and worry-free service life. We believe that they can easily replace more expensive, high alloy valves. The versatility of these valves is given by the different valve designs - WAFER & LUG - and the superior sealing principle. • Sizes: DN 80 to DN 600 • Nominal Pressure: Standard: PN 10 bar - ANSI Class 150 full rated: PN 19,6 bar Standard flange connections acc. to DIN and ANSI • Materials: Body and disc are made of ductile iron 0.7043 acc. to EN-JS1049 (GGG 40.3)
